Lash Tech Professional Policy

LASH TECH treatments are unavailable if you are under 16 or pregnant.

New clients must complete a Consultation & Patch Test at least 48 hours before treatments.


Please do not eye wear make-up to your appointments including your Consultation & Patch Test as cosmetics removal will reduce your treatment time.


Please notify LASH TECH as soon as possible if you wish to cancel/reschedule your appointment. A £30 part-payment reserves LASH TECH Studio just for you and is deducted from the cost of your treatment. This payment is non-refundable/transferable if you do not attend or cancel/reschedule any appointment with less than 48 hours notice.


Removal of eyelash extensions from other salons/technicians requires a one-hour removal appointment (£30) and a Lash Treatment appointment for a new, full set of extensions. Removal of LASH TECH eyelash extensions is free of charge.

LASH TECH does not offer an Infill service for other salon's or Technician's lash extensions.


Full after-care instructions and kits are provided at each appointment so please take care to follow these instructions correctly. Exposing eyelash extensions to steam/heat/moisture within 24 hours of application is not recommended. If you have a problem with your eyelash extensions within 48 hours of application please notify LASH TECH and we will aim to rectify the problem. After this period, additional support is offered at LASH TECH’s discretion.
